The handmade items on sale are unique pieces, the site is set up for single purchases for these items, in the case of purchases of multiple items, if available, get in touch by e-mail to email@example.com, specifying the article desired and the desired quantity.

By purchasing online the customer accepts all the conditions of the sale and is committed to complete the transaction, specifying the method of shipment and payment, giving his data for shipping and billing. All prices include VAT, transport and home delivery. Each transaction will be accompanied by certification of guarantee issued by the Mollaian Oriental carpets Lecce with relative receipts. Commercial invoice has to be requested at time of order, specifying the tax code or VAT.
Credit card, Pay-pal, Bank transfer, Cash on delivery COD. With payment by credit card or pay-pal, the payment is considered performed, while by bank transfer it is considered from the day of receipt, with delivery deferred 1/2 days.
Transport and delivery:
Deliveries are made by courier UPS / SDA / TNT/Mail.
Terms and conditions for deliveries in Italy:
Mail 7 days working delivery is free of charge. Courier express delivery in 1/3 working days, is free on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00, at the address specified. For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, delivery times will be calculated starting from the next working day.
Delivery errors and Damages:
For errors occurring on delivery, for wrong items or defective ones, communicated within a short time, you should get in touch with our customer service, and visible damage on delivery must be reported promptly to the carrier.
Mollaian issues for each handmade carpet certificate of guarantee and authenticity attesting the origin and the main features and certifies that the carpet is handmade. The guarantee is valid according to law for one year from the date of purchasing origin of defects and does not cover the wear and tear and accidental damage (tearing, holes, detachment of fringes and edges caused by the customer etc ....) .
Guarantee of reimbursement within 14 working days:
You can return the goods within 14 days. from the time of delivery, the goods must be intact, unused and in the same packing delivery with all the related documentation. Return fees are charged to the customer and the carpet has to arrive to our warehouse intact. To make the return of a carpet you have to get in touch via e-mail or telephone with one of our representatives to receive information regarding the shipment of the items to be returned, by UPS / SDA / or mail. The return is considered to be accepted after our careful control and only after the ok of our warehouse with a legitimate motivation will be returned the amount paid by you to the terms as agreements. If the return should not be accepted for any valid reason, the carpet will be sent back to the client.
Privacy and personal data:
With the purchase you are recorded as a customer and your personal information will only be used to regularize the sale without releasing your personal information to others in case of incorrect or incomplete information it will be corrected on reporting to the customer service.
